I recently stayed at Sweetnest By Home in Waterloo for one night. The New York room I stayed in was beautifully presented, with elegant decor and thoughtful amenities such as tea and coffee making facilities, bathrobes, and soft towels. The hostess was welcoming and the communication before my arrival was excellent. I also loved the outside area on the 1st floor overlooking the garden. it was a fantastic place to stay, providing comfort and convenience.
Totally recommend this hotel.

We didn't want to say goodbye, the stay was superb.
Everything here was very good; definitely want to stay in that area again. Marvellous location near to the museum and the train station and shops, and the room was perfect. For safety measures it had smoke detectors. We thoroughly enjoyed the staff, everyone was amiable.

OMG, this place was mind-blowing! We booked two rooms and had the whole house to ourselves, how awesome is that?! The hostess was super quick in her communication and gave us amazing tips. The rooms were so well equipped, cozy beds and the radiators kept us warm. We loved the kitchen, it had everything we needed to make our own breakfast, including a coffee machine and an electric kettle. Plus, there's free parking right in front. The location was in a quiet neighborhood, close to the train station and shops. The room was on the 2nd floor and was super clean, with stable hot water in the shower. Although breakfast wasn't provided, the guest kitchen had all the necessary cookware and utensils. And let's not forget the big screen TV in the New York room, the fast wi-fi, and that jaw-dropping shower. Can't wait to go back!

The room at Sweetnest By Home in Waterloo was super cozy with a nice coffee machine. It had a stovetop and a kitchenette with a toaster, perfect for those who love cooking. The flat-screen TV was a great addition, and the bathrobes and free toiletries made us feel pampered.
I personally find the tile/marble floor a bit chilly.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The communication with the hostess was clear and prompt, making the self-check-in process a breeze. The rooms were well equipped, with comfortable beds and functioning radiators. The kitchen was a great bonus, with all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing meals. The location in a very nice neighborhood was convenient, as it was quite close to the train station in Waterloo and not far from restaurants and stores. Parking was also available right in front of the hotel.
Nothing to mention.

Great place to stay with friends. We had the whole house to ourselves which was awesome! The rooms were well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We loved that we could make our own breakfast in the kitchen, it had everything we needed. The communication with the hostess was prompt and clear, and we appreciated the self check-in option. The location was convenient, close to shops and the train station. a fantastic deal!
The glass door and curtain in the bathroom didn't provide much privacy and were a bit inconvenient. It would have been better to have a normal door.

This hotel is in a very nice neighborhood and quite close to the train station in Waterloo. It is also not far from the train station and shops. the rooms are well facilitated and very clean, with stable hot water in the shower. There is a nice kitchen where you can prepare food, and some rooms even have state of the art furniture and big screen TVs.
Some guests mentioned that they could hear the guests next door, but it wasn't too disturbing.
